Responsibilities
Lead the ERP consolidation roadmap, including scope, sequencing, and resource planning
Assess current systems and processes; design a unified future‑state operating model
Align ERP strategy with executive leadership and business goals
Own the full implementation lifecycle from requirements through stabilization
Manage timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies across multiple workstreams
Coordinate internal teams, external partners, and brand‑level stakeholders
Facilitate workshops to document current processes and define standardized workflows
Develop and execute change management plans to drive adoption
Communicate updates, decisions, and impacts to leadership and end users
Support training strategy and ensure readiness for go‑live and beyond
Oversee data migration, mapping, cleansing, and validation
Define and enforce master data governance structures
Qualification
Required
7+ years of ERP implementation experience (multi‑ERP or multi‑entity preferred)
Proven success leading large‑scale ERP transformations or consolidations
Strong understanding of finance, supply chain, operations, or related functions
Exceptional project management and cross‑functional leadership skills
Excellent communication and executive‑level presentation abilities
Ability to influence without authority and navigate organizational complexity
