Fill two specific functions within permanent/direct hire recruitment: Engineering (Sales/BD Focus), Construction (360 or Delivery), Technology (360 / Full Desk)
Demonstrate expertise in Sales/BD for the Engineering role, with training provided for technical aspects
Utilize a background in the Construction Recruitment market for the Construction role
Emphasize sales and business development for both contract and permanent ServiceNow business in the Technology role
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience with a single firm, showing clear internal progression
Proven annual billings of $250k+
Expert in Sales/BD for the Engineering role
Background in the Construction Recruitment market for the Construction role
2+ years experience for the Technology role
Preferred
Experience in a mature, less 'metric-heavy' environment
Experience from large-scale global firms (e.g., ex-Michael Page)
