Cyber Security Engineer Level I
Indianapolis Fruit Company is a collaborative network of fresh food distributors committed to providing exceptional service and product variety. They are seeking a Cyber Security Engineer Level I to assist with monitoring security compliance, managing security software, and coordinating with vendors for security testing and training.

Responsibilities
Assist Cyber Security Engineer Level II and III with daily tasks including but not limited to:
Monitor SEIM and CVEs for needed updates for network infrastructure and assets (including but not limited to firewalls, switches, access points, servers, virtual private networks, and workstations) as needed to stay in security compliance with Security Operations Center (SOC)
Configuration and maintenance of DHCP, DNS and domains
Manage company SOC, EDR, Email Security, PAM and password management, and other security software and vendors
Coordinate with our vendors to conduct annual penetration testing, physical security testing, incident response plans, and BCDR simulations
Assist with management of cloud ERP systems and other application software
Manage apps to ensure increased security utilizing security including MFA and SSO enablement
Coordinate work with all tiers of support to resolve IT issues
Interface with employees, clients, and vendors in a professional manner
Manage end user security training by utilizing our security vendor
Assist in the installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of the company network/application infrastructure as needed across multiple locations
Qualification
Required
Associate or bachelor's degree in cybersecurity, computer science, Information technology, engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
Experience with configuring and installing various network devices and services (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls, VPN, QoS)
1 - 3 years of related and successful experience performing cyber security functions
Experience with Desktop/Server/SAN/Mobility Software and Hardware
Experience with Desktop/Server OS – Windows 101+, Server 2019+, All mobility OS platforms, Linux
Experience of network services and networks such as TCP/IP, OSPF and EIGRP
Experience with Server and Network Virtualization
Knowledge of Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Visio, Teams, PowerPoint)
Valid identification or driver's license

Preferred
Related certifications preferred (CISSP, CompTIA Security+, CEH, ISACA)
Knowledge of Juniper networks is a plus
