Responsibilities
Drive planning, execution, and delivery of complex technical roadmaps
Ensure milestones meet engineering excellence, scalability, and reliability standards
Champion AI-driven development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, automated testing agents)
Improve SDLC velocity while maintaining security and governance integrity
Manage third-party vendors and API integrations
Understand and optimize token usage, latency, throughput, and rate-limiting constraints
Serve as the bridge between Engineering, Product, Legal, and Security
Communicate the implications of AI integration, including data usage and compliance impacts
Identify and mitigate traditional project risks
Address AI-specific risks such as hallucinations in UI components, automated-decision edge cases, and ethical behaviors in AI-driven features
Qualification
Required
Strong foundational project leadership experience
AI Literacy, including awareness of AI platforms, GitHub Copilot, Gemini, Agentic AI, automated coding assistants, and AI-driven APIs used in modern production environments

Ensure milestones meet engineering excellence, scalability, and reliability standards
Champion AI-driven development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, automated testing agents)
Improve SDLC velocity while maintaining security and governance integrity
Manage third-party vendors and API integrations
Understand and optimize token usage, latency, throughput, and rate-limiting constraints
Serve as the bridge between Engineering, Product, Legal, and Security

Mastery of Agile, Scrum, and/or Waterfall methodologies
Expert-level Jira or Linear board management
Conceptual understanding of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), vector databases, tokenization, and deterministic vs. generative code
Ability to participate in architecture discussions
Understanding of how AI modules integrate into microservices or distributed systems
Working knowledge of GDPR, SOC2, and data residency implications caused by AI interactions
Process Obsessed: You value not just shipping features but doing so efficiently using the best tooling
Technically Curious: You stay current on AI advancements and understand how they affect engineering workflows
Pragmatic Decision-Maker: You know when AI is the right tool — and when a simpler solution is more reliable
Preferred
5+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager in a high-growth tech environment
Proven ability to manage cloud-native projects (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Familiarity with the modern AI Stack (AI platforms, LLM APIs, agent tooling, etc.)
