Responsibilities

Lead and deliver the group’s Learning & Development strategy, including training frameworks, franchise induction, technical programs, and annual conventions, with clear ROI and budget ownership
Oversee retail excellence and customer experience initiatives, ensuring consistent standards, merchandising, and performance improvement across all locations
Direct all Human Resources functions, including policy development, compliance, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee lifecycle activities
Develop, manage, and maintain HR, L&D, and best-practice resources, ensuring content, manuals, and systems remain current and aligned with legislative requirements
Manage people-related budgets, reporting, and projects, while driving engagement, capability development, and a high-performing culture across the group

Required

Undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Education (Learning and Development), or a related discipline
Solid understanding of business technologies, with the ability to research, analyze, and apply solutions to complex problems
Persuasive written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage diverse stakeholders
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with proven capability in coordinating schedules, planning activities, and managing multiple priorities effectively
