Responsibilities

Run outbound outreach to ecommerce brands via email, LinkedIn, and similar channels
Book qualified meetings with founders, CMOs, and growth leaders
Work from a defined ICP, messaging, and targeting strategy
Own meeting quality and show rates — not just volume
Coordinate with closers to ensure clean handoffs

Required

1–3+ years of outbound sales experience (BDR / SDR / appointment setting)

Comfortable speaking with decision-makers and handling initial objections
Track record of hitting or exceeding outbound KPIs
