Product Management Intern
Wealth Enhancement is an independent wealth management firm dedicated to enriching the lives of clients through personalized financial planning. The Product Management Intern will support backlog management, write user stories, and assist in UX research and product documentation, gaining hands-on experience in product management within a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
Review and organize Jira backlog tickets under PM direction
Ensure tickets are clear, actionable, and prioritized
Group tickets into Epics and assign to Sprints
Remove outdated tickets and flag unclear items
Write user stories with acceptance criteria
Add detailed descriptions and supporting assets (screenshots, diagrams)
Analyze industry-standard UX practices for future features
Conduct competitive feature analysis and present findings
Learn steps to replicate reported bugs accurately
Provide screenshots or videos for clarity
Attend sprint refinement and planning meetings; update Jira tickets
Meet weekly with PM to review progress
Use AI tools to optimize ticket management
Suggest efficiency improvements using AI
Learn fundamentals of growth product management
Understand prioritization based on department KPIs
Qualification
Required
Must be actively enrolled in a college or university degree program to be eligible for an internship. Candidates who have already graduated or will graduate before the start of the summer intern program are not eligible
Well-developed written and verbal communication skills with the ability to successfully interact with people at all levels of the organization
Detail oriented, highly organized and adaptable
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
Preferred
Preferably pursuing bachelor's degree in Humanities, Computer Science, Business, Marketing, Economics
Preferably students between their junior and senior years
