Responsibilities
Lead ServiceNow solution architecture, platform strategy, and roadmap execution
Provide technical guidance to development teams on platform capabilities, custom development, and integrations
Oversee custom applications, workflows, APIs, and third-party integrations using Integration Hub
Lead design sessions for automation and integrations using Flow Designer and Orchestration
Establish and enforce governance frameworks, security standards, and compliance requirements
Conduct architectural reviews, platform audits, and health checks
Drive continuous improvements for performance, scalability, and security
Mentor and coach junior developers and technical team members
Qualification
Required
15+ years of IT experience with 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience
Proven delivery of large-scale ServiceNow implementations across multiple modules
Strong experience in ServiceNow SPM, PPM, and App Engine custom development
Deep knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, data models, security, and best practices
Expertise in scripting, workflows, business rules, client scripts, and integrations
Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and Integration Hub
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
Preferred
ServiceNow CSA, CAD, and CIS (SPM/PPM) certifications
Experience with ITIL, DevOps, AWS, or Azure
Hands-on experience with Now Experience Framework and UI Builder
Integration experience with Salesforce, SAP, or Oracle
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
