Responsibilities

Oversee the end-to-end partner experience to ensure every integration reflects Boston Dynamics’ standards of excellence and operational reliability
Act as the strategic owner for CIP partners, managing the relationship through data by reporting key performance metrics and identifying trends within the CIP fleet
Manage and create career paths for junior-to-senior level engineers and own the reporting chain responsible for CIP team build-out
Partner with Sales to drive the strategic identification, qualification, and selection of potential Certified Integrator Program (CIP) candidates
Leverage market data, sales funnel trends, and cultural nuances to provide savvy insights that inform regional playbooks and global business strategy
Partner with CSI leads to establish feedback loops that channel partner-driven insights to GTM operational and product leaders, ensuring the partner voice influences the product roadmap
Facilitate the development of CIP content by bridging Technical Field Application Engineers’ expertise with Customer Learning & Development (CL&D) production, ensuring internal playbooks are successfully translated into partner-facing modules that reflect current software, applications, and safety standards
Oversee the onboarding and training of partners, collaborating with Field Application Engineers to deliver training and establish rigorous mechanisms for partner certification and renewal
Partner with Field Application Engineers to provide rapid technical support and manage the escalation path for partners, ensuring complex system optimizations are resolved with technical precision

Required

BS in Engineering is required. MS is not required, but will be weighted against years of experience
Minimum 10+ years' direct relative experience working in fast-paced technology integration. Higher education in relevant disciplines and military service are applicable
3+ years of experience in direct report management
Experience using various operating systems and issue tracking systems (JIRA, Smartsheet, Confluence, etc)
A positive attitude and passion for career mentoring and supporting a team in bringing products into production
Ability to context switch, digest information, and align with cross-functional organizations, both internal and external, to deliver our products into production on time and on budget
Strong Communication skills in both spoken and written form
Ability to adapt to project challenges in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment
Willing to travel 50% of the time

Preferred

Previous project management experience implementing complex interdisciplinary systems
Experience with robotic systems or systems engineering
A strong track record of successful leadership in group or customer-facing projects
Experience with automated material handling, control, and/or warehouse management systems and conveyor solutions
Knowledge of testing, manufacturing, and quality control processes
Multilingual skills or experience working across diverse international cultures and markets
A self-motivated and positive attitude
Openness and a willingness to understand others' perspectives
Agility and adaptability in a fast-paced work environment
Comfort with developing and refining processes that are optimized for scalability
