Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise AI projects
Translate strategy into execution plans
Serve as the key technical liaison for stakeholders
Support AI governance processes, including AIRB submissions
Ensure compliance with responsible AI standards
Mentor senior AI/ML teams
Drive MLOps practices
Build CI/CD pipelines
Monitor model performance

Supporting AI governance processes, including AIRB submissions
Ensuring compliance with responsible AI standards
Mentoring senior AI/ML teams
Driving MLOps practices
Building CI/CD pipelines
Monitoring model performance
10–15 years in AI/ML with leadership experience
Strong Python and ML framework skills
Cloud expertise (AWS/Azure/GCP)

Preferred

Healthcare domain experience
GenAI operations experience
