Responsibilities
Pick parts from inventory to fulfill Delivery Notes for customer and Service Representative orders
Stage and verify orders for accuracy prior to shipment
Pack materials securely using appropriate packaging supplies to ensure safe delivery
Process shipments using the computerized manifest system, verifying all order and shipping details
Receive, identify, and store incoming materials from Receiving Inspection, Production, and Returned Goods areas
Verify part numbers and quantities against documentation to maintain accurate inventory records
Perform routine stock rotation and ensure warehouse organization standards are maintained
Operate material handling equipment to move, load, and store materials as required
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent required
Basic understanding of material and inventory control processes
Knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and warehouse safety procedures
Basic computer literacy and familiarity with barcode scanning systems
Valid driver's license required
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to communicate effectively and work cooperatively with team members
Preferred
Experience operating power material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) preferred
