Responsibilities
Lead engineering projects from planning through installation and completion
Solicit and evaluate vendor quotations
Manage installation vendors and contractors onsite
Oversee production line equipment installations
Track and manage drawing redlines and documentation updates
Provide hands-on troubleshooting support during installations
Apply standard engineering principles, theories, and techniques to solve complex problems
Develop practical, thorough, and imaginative technical solutions
Work independently with minimal direction
Represent the organization in cross-functional and external interactions
Maintain strong working relationships with vendors and contractors
Collaborate with internal stakeholders across engineering and operations
Frequently interface with external partners and represent the organization professionally
Qualification
Required
5+ years of engineering experience
Strong project management experience (installation-focused preferred)
Experience interacting with vendors and contractors
Strong organizational and documentation skills
Understanding and application of standard engineering or scientific principles
Ability to independently develop and execute solutions
