Responsibilities
Assist in operational activities, including coordination and data entry of reservations into the scheduling system
Monitor and track operational volume and ensure scheduled flights do not exceed operational capacity
Support real-time operations by communicating with frontline teams and local station management changes to operational schedules or operational disruptions
Assist with data entry, report generation, and documentation related to operational activities
Collaborate with the NOC team to identify operational challenges and propose solutions for improved efficiency
Provide administrative support to the NOC Coordinators and senior team members
Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company protocols
Perform other duties as assigned by the NOC Management
Qualification
Required
A high school diploma or equivalent is required
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and respond to operational challenges effectively
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ability to learn industry-specific software
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as necessary
Preferred
An associate's or bachelor's degree in aviation, business, logistics, or a related field is preferred
Prior experience in aviation, ground handling, or operational coordination is a plus but not required
