Responsibilities
Use statistical techniques to identify, analyze, and evaluate patterns in complex data sets to assist in diagnosis and improving predictions
Prepare training and validation datasets and features using Python
Train predictive models using Python libraries and GCP tools
Conduct exploratory data analysis on large-volume data assets and evaluate data quality for completeness, accuracy, and potential bias
Qualification
Required
Degree in computer science or related field (physics/mathematics)
Proficiency with Python for data analysis and data wrangling
Firm understanding of machine learning concepts with experience in building predictive models
Strong oral and written communication skills; fluency in both spoken and written English
Legally authorized to work in the United States
Preferred
1-2 years of relevant work experience in data science
Familiarity with cloud platform providers, such as AWS or GCP
Familiarity with Large Language Models and other Generative AI technologies
Experience working in software development organizations using agile methodologies and CI/CD processes
Experience in a PCI/HIPAA/HITRUST/SOC2 -Type 2 compliant environment or similar environment with PHI/PII
