Responsibilities
Serve as the delivery lead for the financial workflow transformation program, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and measurable business outcomes
Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of program milestones across multiple workstreams
Drive modernization of systems and processes leveraging advanced analytics and AI solutions
Champion automation and digital transformation to reduce manual effort and errors
Ensure compliance with enterprise standards and governance frameworks
Collaborate with senior leaders across Finance and related functions, ensuring strong alignment and engagement
Act as a trusted advisor to executive sponsors and communicate progress, risks, and mitigation strategies
Manage and mentor cross-functional teams in the U.S. and global delivery centers, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability
Oversee Data Analytics, System Analytics, and Business Solutions functions(AI)
Deliver measurable outcomes including capacity savings, improved client onboarding, enhanced forecasting, and stronger regulatory adherence
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Data Science, or related field
10+ years of experience in program delivery, technology transformation, or financial operations within large scale organizations
Proven track record of leading enterprise wide initiatives with global teams
Strong understanding of data analytics, AI applications, and modern technology platforms
Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills
Expertise in program governance, risk management, and change management
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value
Preferred
MBA or advanced degree
