Responsibilities
Explore new ideas and capabilities to enhance our direct customers’ digital experiences
Engage across business and IT partners to stay well-informed of business opportunities and potential solutions
Implement key projects to drive growth objectives
Use robust quoting and digital experience databases to influence strategy
Qualification
Required
A minimum of six years of analytical work experience
OR Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of five years of analytical work experience
OR Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field of study and a minimum of three years analytical work experience
Preferred
Familiarity with A/B testing or other statistical analysis
Advanced SQL and/or SAS programming, including the ability to develop and troubleshoot complex programs
Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and creating charts and graphs
Understanding of basic statistics, including hypothesis testing, confidence intervals, and experimental design with test/control groups
Ability to create engaging, data-driven insights using narratives and visualizations
