Responsibilities

Prepares and monitors operating costs for maintenance supplies and staffing
Directs appropriate work to comply with requirements after consulting with health, fire and/or government agencies concerning safety hazards
Plans and administers policies regarding work performance standards, schedules, instruction, bulletins, and cost analysis to achieve greater operational effectiveness
Formulates and implements preventative maintenance for equipment and building maintenance
Inspects facilities to document damage and determine repair needs
Prepares reports of property or facility
Directs and coordinates the activities of staff and evaluates performance
