The Cash Receipts Technician is responsible for the accurate and timely posting of domestic and international payments to support companywide cash application processes, ensuring financial transactions are recorded correctly and accounts are reconciled.

Responsibilities
Accurately posts payments to customer accounts and general ledger accounts across all business units
Processes a high volume of domestic and global payments, including live checks, ACH/WIRE transfers, and lockbox transactions, with exceptional attention to detail
Performs regular reconciliation of accounts receivable to ensure all payments are properly recorded and accounted for
Sorts, organizes, and maintains clerical records and reports
Provides accurate and timely information to internal teams as needed
Responds to inquiries from internal accounting, finance, and credit teams to ensure accurate payment posting
Provides analysis and interpretation of posted payments to support resolution of discrepancies and respond to customer or internal requests
Qualification
Required

Bachelor's degree is preferred; however, equivalent industry and Cash Receipts related experience will be considered
