New Grad, Entry LevelDreamscape Hospitality is seeking a Maintenance Engineer for their Residence Inn and SHS Tulsa hotels. The role involves ensuring the hotel remains a safe and well-maintained environment through routine maintenance and prompt response to service requests.

Responsibilities
Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on all hotel facilities, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems
Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and staff, ensuring minimal disruption
Troubleshoot and repair equipment, appliances, and building systems to ensure optimal operation
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections
Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for specialized repairs and services
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and hotel policies at all times
Assist in the planning and implementation of renovation and upgrade projects
Monitor inventory levels of maintenance supplies and equipment, and reorder as necessary
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a maintenance engineer or technician, preferably in the hospitality industry
Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Flexibility to work on weekends, holidays, and emergency call-outs as needed
Preferred
Relevant certifications or licenses in maintenance, electrical, plumbing, or HVAC
