Responsibilities

Administer payroll for almost 500 employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Process payroll according to established schedules
Support payroll reporting and assist with payroll-related projects
Partner closely with HR leadership and an HRIS consultant during the transition
Quickly learn and adapt to existing payroll processes and systems

Qualification

Payroll administrationDayforce experienceAttention to detailAdaptabilityIndependent work

Required

Payroll administration experience supporting a similarly sized employee population
Strong attention to detail with a track record of accurate, timely payroll processing
Ability to ramp up quickly in new environments and systems
Comfort working independently while collaborating with HR leadership and partners

Preferred

Experience with Dayforce preferred but not required
