Operations Support Analyst (IAM Analyst)
Entech is a company focused on delivering complete solutions for digital convergence. They are hiring an Operations Support Analyst who will analyze, assess, and implement security measures for new technologies and existing platforms in a financial services context.
Responsibilities
Analyze, assess, recommend, and implement security measures for new technologies, existing platforms, and software across client's global enterprise
Provide advanced identity and access services
Analyze and implement new and modified roles across enterprise operations
Support user provisioning for third-party financial service portal products
Qualification
Required
Minimum three years of related work experience; security administration experience preferred
Identity and Access Management (IAM) is a cornerstone of cybersecurity, ensuring that the right identities have the right access at the right time
Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience
Knowledge of best practices in security administration and risk management
Demonstrated intellectual curiosity and ability to learn, question, and explore new ideas and concepts. (risk related mindset)
Strong troubleshooting skills with minimal oversight; ability to navigate ambiguity and uncertainty to support routine and complex access requirements
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences and translate business needs into actionable provisioning requirements
Experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ, ServiceNow, Active Directory, AWS, Azure, UiPath automation, PowerShell, Windows, Linux, and other tools
Strong Troubleshooting
Preferred
Financial and/or banking industry is an extra plus
