Responsibilities
Provide strategic direction and leadership to the engineering department, aligning goals with company objectives
Oversee the design, development, and implementation of engineering projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards
Manage, mentor, and motivate engineering teams to foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations and management, to optimize processes and resolve technical challenges
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and best practices
Monitor and control budgets related to engineering projects and initiatives
Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends to incorporate innovative solutions into the organization
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in a senior engineering leadership role, preferably as a Chief Engineer or equivalent position
Strong technical background with expertise in engineering principles, project management, and operational oversight
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, capable of managing diverse teams and stakeholders
Proficient in engineering software and tools relevant to the industry
Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions
Ability to travel as required to oversee multiple operational sites
Preferred
Relevant professional certifications and licenses are highly desirable
