Responsibilities
Help design and build the systems that power Crisp’s AI-driven retail data platform
Work closely with product, data, and engineering partners to tackle complex, high-impact problems that turn massive volumes of retail data into actionable insights for brands and retailers
Have real ownership, influence technical direction, and grow alongside a fast-scaling team shaping the future of the global supply chain
Qualification
Required
Experience with statically typed, modern languages such as Kotlin and TypeScript
Experience with continuous deployment practices
Experience with JVM based back-end development
Experience with cloud-based services and minimizing technical debt
Experience with micro-services architecture
Strong analytical and practical problem-solving skills
Ability to use AI thoughtfully as part of the toolchain
Experience in building systems with a focus on reliability, scalability, and long-term maintainability
Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively in a team
Self-driven with a strong sense of grit and adaptability
Ability to listen, learn, and build what matters most for users
Willingness to give and receive feedback for personal and team growth
Creative problem-solving skills and ability to streamline processes
