Data Analyst (ONLY LOCAL CANDIDATE)
Noblesoft Technologies is seeking a Data Analyst with extensive experience in data analytics, particularly related to security and software quality metrics. The role involves analyzing data, building dashboards, and ensuring data quality while communicating findings to both technical and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities
11+ years of experience in a data analytics role with exposure to security, controls, or software quality metrics (or strong equivalent experience)
Strong SQL skills and experience with at least one scripting language for data work
Experience working with log or telemetry data (Elastic, Splunk, or cloud-native logging)
Experience building dashboards and visualizations (Power BI or similar)
Familiarity with vulnerability management data, SAST/DAST results, dependency scanning, or security testing outputs
Knowledge of software development lifecycle and CI/CD concepts, and familiarity with tools such as Git, Jenkins or similar
Practical understanding of system controls and common security frameworks or experience supporting compliance programs
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to data quality and the ability to translate findings into concrete actions
Excellent verbal and written communication; able to present technical findings to engineering and business leaders
