Provide support and oversight for various applications and databases
Provide technical support to end users of custom and packaged applications, including SharePoint, Dynamics CRM, and Data Warehouse programs
Qualification
Required
Foundational understanding of IT
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong work ethic
Proficient and applied knowledge of Network infrastructure
Proficient and applied knowledge of Database software
Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM
Proven experience with Microsoft SQL
Proven experience with Microsoft SharePoint
Ability to provide technical support to end users of custom and packaged applications
Preferred
Experience in a mid-sized dynamic organization
Ability to teach and work collaboratively as a team player
