Responsibilities
Conduct the underwriting and closing process for acquisition/disposition of assets from beginning to end, to include: spreading financials, abstracting leases, assisting in the review and negotiation of purchase agreements and leases, and coordinating the closing with outside vendors
Perform credit analysis for acquisition/assumption/disposition of related assets
Assess weaknesses and strengths of deal(s) to present to Investment Committee
Manage construction & improvement requests including tracking progress & monitoring funding for tenants
Perform ongoing credit analysis of existing portfolio by monitoring monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements of properties
Qualification
Required
Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance
A minimum of three years of Accounting, Finance or Real Estate experience required
Strong organizational, time management and written and oral communication skills required
