Responsibilities
Use technology to renovate the HR dashboards for the division using Power BI, requiring a strong aptitude to learn systems if not already proficient in Power BI
Take an active role in employee engagement activations; planning, execution, logistics coordination and site-by-site communications
Participate in day-to-day activities, handle daily inquiries, run reports, attend huddle meetings, participate in new hire orientation sessions for hourly staff and update digital screens
Qualification
Required
Must be a rising Junior or Senior in college working towards a bachelor's degree
Effective communication skills, attention to detail, and highly organized
Energetic, self-motivated, results oriented
Flexible and able to function in a fast-paced, safety-first work environment
Have a passion for cosmetics, the beauty industry and keeping up-to-date with industry trends
