Responsibilities
Enter and record transactions in QuickBooks (checks, deposits, and other entries)
Collaborate directly with the owner to ensure accurate classification/coding of transactions
Support day-to-day bookkeeping needs, including maintaining organized and up-to-date records
Utilize Excel for basic tracking, reconciliation support, and reporting as needed
Qualification
Required
Experience with QuickBooks (required)
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow consistent coding/classification practices
Comfortable working closely with an owner in a hands-on, small-team environment
Preferred
Construction accounting experience preferred (or similar contractor-based/industry exposure)
