Responsibilities
Oversee multiple delivery project teams to ensure on-schedule and on-budget delivery to approved scope
Define and implement controls to effectively manage program activities and delivery expectations
Contribute to portfolio budget performance against approved capital plan
Plan and monitor project progress to ensure milestones are being met
Manage daily activities through the complete lifecycle of projects
Allocate and manage resources across multiple projects within the program
Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues while implementing appropriate mitigation measures
Coordinate projects and manage interdependencies between projects and workstreams
Manage relationships with stakeholders involved in projects and programs
Align deliverables across projects and programs to ensure cohesive outcomes
Qualification
Required

Project management expertise with large and complex projects
Large-scale software implementation leadership
Multi-workstream management including requirements specification, design, implementation, testing, deployment, and stabilization
Vendor management including RFP processes, SOW creation, and financial control
Change management for large user populations
Budget management and resource allocation
Accrual-based accounting knowledge
Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies
Stakeholder management and communication
Risk and issue management
Minimum 10 years of project management experience with large and complex projects
Experience managing projects with budgets of $10M or greater
Proven track record leading projects impacting at least 200 users
Experience aggressively driving vendors to meet date and budget commitments
Preferred
Utility industry experience preferred
