Responsibilities

Drive project execution, ensuring technical excellence and timely delivery
Define clear goals, track performance metrics, and foster continuous improvement
Oversee design, development, and infrastructure to support enterprise-scale solutions
Implement best practices across the software lifecycle, from coding standards to CI/CD
Stay ahead of technology trends to align projects with evolving market needs
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience in software development/testing for enterprise server, storage, or networking products
3+ years of direct people management experience, including remote and global teams
Strong expertise in Python, Bash, Linux (Ubuntu/CentOS), and containerization (VMware, Docker)
Solid understanding of distributed systems, networking protocols, and enterprise datacenter environments
Experience with Git, APIs (REST/XML-RPC), and front-end/back-end web UI design
Excellent communication skills and proven ability to lead diverse teams
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Computer Engineering, or related field
Willingness to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally
Preferred
Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Computer Engineering, or related field
