Responsibilities
Lead the design, development, and testing of embedded software throughout the end-to-end lifecycle
Translate customer requirements into software architectures, algorithms, and interface designs
Debug and resolve complex technical issues to ensure software reliability and efficiency
Develop and improve software processes, tools, and performance metrics for organizational alignment
Perform software project management activities and oversee software supplier performance
Qualification
Required
Extensive experience in real-time embedded software development and systems integration
Proficiency in the full software development lifecycle within an agile environment
Ability to lead technical teams and advise on software domains and system-specific issues
Experience with software research, development planning, and technical documentation
Must be eligible to obtain and maintain the required security clearances for this role
