They are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to design, build, and maintain core systems that enhance developer productivity and improve the development experience.

Responsibilities
Lead technical initiatives to improve developer productivity across our codebase
Optimize build systems to ensure fast, reliable CI pipelines
Design and develop reusable libraries and tools for our engineering teams
Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in our applications
Qualification
Required
Strong expertise in JavaScript ecosystem (TypeScript, bundling, nodejs)
Experience building developer tools, libraries, or infrastructure
Track record of shipping high-quality code in production environments
Experience diagnosing and solving performance issues
Familiarity with both monorepo management and microservices best practices
Self-directed problem solver who takes ownership of projects
5+ years of related experience
Preferred
Experience with the Vercel ecosystem (Next.js, Turborepo)
Experience deploying and maintaining applications on Kubernetes
GCP familiarity
Observability tooling familiarity (Grafana, Prometheus, flame graphs, otel)
Experience building with Github Actions
