Responsibilities
Own and drive the company-wide business intelligence and analytics strategy
Translate business objectives into actionable metrics, dashboards, and reporting frameworks
Partner with executive leadership to deliver insights that inform strategic, financial, and operational decisions
Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of dashboards, reports, and self-service analytics tools
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, governance, and compliance across systems and teams
Lead adoption of BI tools and embed data-driven decision-making across the organization
Identify performance improvement opportunities through advanced analytics, forecasting, and experimentation
Collaborating with IT, data engineering, and product teams on data architecture, tooling, and integration
Oversee administration, optimization, and integration of Microsoft Power BI for internal stakeholders and customers
Evaluate and implement new BI tools and solutions to support scalability and internal controls
Build and lead a high-performing BI team, fostering collaboration, accountability, and professional development
Stay current on BI and analytics trends, recommending innovations where they add value
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, or Analytics preferred
8-12+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or data roles
Proven ability to turn data into clear, compelling insights for executive audiences
Strong experience with BI and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI or similar)
Solid understanding of data warehousing, SQL, and modern analytics stacks
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Strategic thinker with a hands-on, execution-oriented mindset
