Responsibilities
Work with engineering, marketing, clinical, operations, quality, and regulatory stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle
Guide roadmap priorities and support cross functional alignment on product strategy
Conduct competitive assessments and monitor market and technology trends
Participate in surgical observations to understand workflows and identify opportunities for innovation
Collect and analyze voice of customer feedback as inputs to product features and requirements
Provide clinical and product expertise to internal teams and external stakeholders
Attend tradeshows and meetings to meet with customers, users, and industry partners
Drive product launches and supports creation of marketing materials, training, and messaging
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, engineering, sciences, and/or business
5+ years of experience in the medical device industry
2 years of experience in product management or product development preferred
Experience working with surgical robotics
Operating room exposure required, neurosurgical experience preferred
Able to travel up to 30%
Strong communication, analytical, and project management skills
