Responsibilities
Execute functional, regression, and integration testing for Salesforce CPQ and Revenue Cloud
Validate CPQ functionality, including: o Product configuration rules and bundles o Pricing, discounts, and approval workflows o Quote lifecycle changes (new quotes, amendments, renewals)
Validate data accuracy and security using profiles, roles, and permission sets
Test CPQ-related integrations with ERP, billing, or downstream systems
Create and execute test cases based on functional and technical requirements
Log defects, retest fixes, and support release validation
Assist with UAT execution and defect triage
Use Salesforce tools (Workbench, Data Loader, debug logs) to validate test data
Collaborate with developers and QA team members to resolve issues
Provide regular test status updates to delivery leads
Preparing documentations like Testing Progress, Test coverage, and providing status to various stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field (or equivalent experience)
1–3 years of QA experience
Exposure to eCon/Salesforce CPQ or Revenue Cloud in a QA or testing role
Understanding of quote-to-cash concepts
Experience executing test cases and supporting regression cycles
Experience testing Salesforce configurations, workflows, and validation rules
Basic experience with API or integration testing
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment
Preferred
Hands-on experience with CPQ pricing or configuration rules
Exposure to ERP or billing integrations
Experience with test management tools or basic test automation
