HRIS Data Analyst - UKG Ready

The HRIS Data Analyst will be responsible for auditing timekeeping and payroll data, and designing informative dashboards and reports to support data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Responsibilities
Auditing timekeeping and payroll data
Designing/maintaining informative dashboards and reports that enable data-driven decision-making across the organization
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in data analytics, information systems, finance, HR, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Minimum of 3 years of experience working within UKG Ready
Strong understanding of payroll, timekeeping, and HR data structures
Hands-on experience executing parallel payroll testing and data reconciliation
Strong excel experience
Preferred
Experience working with senior living, healthcare or hospitality workforces
Familiarity with union environments, shift-based pay models, and complex overtime rules
Familiarity with PEOs
UKG Ready certifications and/or payroll certifications (FPC, CPP)
Experience improving implementation audit frameworks or onboarding playbooks
