Responsibilities
Image Management: Build, customize, and maintain Windows desktop images using Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot
System Integration: Integrate critical drivers, security patches, and application packages into the base image
Automation: Utilize PowerShell scripting to automate Azure AD join/hybrid join processes and streamline repetitive configuration tasks
Security & Compliance: Configure and manage GPOs, Intune Device Configuration Profiles, and Security Baselines to ensure adherence to organizational standards
Update Management: Deploy Windows updates, feature upgrades, and firmware/driver updates; validate all changes in test environments prior to production rollout
Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve endpoint configuration failures, update errors, and policy synchronization issues
Qualification
Required
Deep expertise in Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot
Proven experience with Windows Imaging and Autopilot profile creation
Solid understanding of Azure Active Directory (Join/Hybrid Join)
Proficiency in PowerShell for endpoint management and task automation
Extensive experience with GPOs and Endpoint Configuration & Policy Management
6–8 years in Desktop Management / Infrastructure Services (IS)
