ERC Pathlight is one of the nation’s leading treatment providers for eating disorders and mental health conditions. They are seeking a Videographer to produce high-quality video and multimedia content that supports their brand and communication objectives across various audiences.

Responsibilities

Capture high-quality video and audio content for digital, web, social, and internal platforms
Lead end-to-end production, including pre-production planning, scripting and storyboarding support, filming, editing, color correction, sound mixing, and final delivery
Set up and operate professional camera, lighting, and audio equipment for studio and on-location shoots
Ensure all content aligns with ERC Pathlight brand, visual identity, and messaging standards
Collaborate with creative, clinical, and marketing partners to translate concepts into compelling visual narratives
Support scripting, interview preparation, and story development for brand, educational, and documentary-style content
Manage multiple video projects simultaneously while meeting department timelines and priorities
Contribute ideas for video-first campaigns, evergreen educational content, and storytelling opportunities
Help develop scalable workflows, templates, and asset-management processes
Maintain organized file structures, archives, and video libraries
Direct on-camera talent, including clinicians, patients, actors, and executives, with professionalism and clarity
Coordinate logistics related to talent, locations, releases, and production needs
Support livestreams, online education, and larger production initiatives, including multi-camera setups when needed
Provide video and multimedia support for internal communications, meetings, and enterprise initiatives

Required

4–5+ years of professional videography and video editing experience
Proficiency with professional camera systems (Canon, Blackmagic, or equivalent)
Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition, and Photoshop
Strong understanding of lighting, composition, audio capture, and production best practices
Experiencing negotiating and managing contracts with talent, locations, freelancers and contracted resources
Proven experience directing on-camera talent, including executives and subject-matter experts
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Strong spoken, written, and visual communication skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally
Demonstrated understanding of digital media best practices, trends, and audience engagement
Commitment to ethical storytelling, confidentiality, and HIPAA compliance; ability to partner with legal and compliance teams prior to content release
Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time and frequent nights/weekends

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in film, broadcasting, media studies, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
Portfolio demonstrating brand, documentary, interview-driven, or educational storytelling
Strong storytelling instincts with an editor's eye and attention to detail
Experience working in trauma-informed, patient-centric, or healthcare-related content environments
Working knowledge of motion graphics, captions, accessibility standards, and multi-camera interview setups
Experience supporting corporate events, livestreams, or larger-scale productions
Comfortable working with corporate leadership, medical professionals, and patient communities
