Responsibilities
Monitor, triage and assign work orders in Corrigo on a daily basis for rapid response times
Work diligently and creatively with peers, suppliers, management and others to resolve problems
Review estimates, quotes, and invoice billing for repair and maintenance items, resolve any discrepancies
Monitor equipment performance, routine maintenance, and warranties
Complete other duties to advance projects or resolve business issues as needed
Offer technical support and training resources for operators
Emergency Support, as needed
Qualification
Required
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and demands simultaneously
Highly self-motivated with exceptional organization, time management and attention to detail
Effective communicator who collaborates with confidence and a sense of urgency across all levels of management
Positive, solutions-oriented mindset with commitment to excellence and high quality standards
Dedicated to fostering a culture of responsiveness, transparency, and reliability in all partnerships
Eager to learn and receptive to feedback that drives continuous improvement
Capable of answering calls from after hour emergency hotline 7 days per month
Flexibility to periodically travel for overnight stay to restaurant locations in Texas
Must be able to work in-office daily in Austin, TX
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, Word, and Outlook
Preferred
Knowledge of restaurant operations is a plus
Knowledge of Corrigo or similar CMMS is a plus
Knowledge of basic functions of building systems is a plus
