Responsibilities

Lead the strategy, design, and implementation of Oracle Guided Learning content across various functional modules
Develop comprehensive training materials, including instructor-led content, eLearning modules, quick reference guides, and embedded learning assets
Facilitate Train‑the‑Trainer sessions to empower internal teams and ensure consistent, high-quality training delivery
Partner with functional SMEs to understand business processes and convert them into structured learning experiences
Support end-user readiness activities, including communication planning, curriculum development, and training logistics
Ensure training content remains aligned with system design, project milestones, and user needs
Promote a positive, inclusive environment by acting with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility
Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold the firm’s respectful and courteous work environment

Required

Extensive hands-on experience with Oracle Guided Learning (OGL)

Ability to communicate clearly and work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams
High standards of professionalism and a commitment to fostering a respectful, courteous work environment
