Responsibilities
Act as the main point of contact for project-related communication with stakeholders and requestors
Work with requestors to convert new requests into a project initiation A3
Foster collaboration and effective teamwork among engineers, IT specialists, and other stakeholders
Manage stakeholder expectations, providing regular updates on project progress and changes
Collaborate with the IT Product Owner to maintain a portfolio of projects using the principles of demand management, agile WIP controls, and a structured and visible project prioritization approach
Collaborate with the project team to define project goals, scope, and deliverables
Monitor and report project progress, addressing any issues or risks proactively
Remove any obstacles or impediments that are inhibiting progress or impacting team performance
Maintain project budget and resource tracking
Facilitate Scrum events (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, etc.)
Qualification
Required
Strong background in engineering and IT, with a awareness of how product engineering works
Solid knowledge of Agile principles, methodologies, and frameworks, including Scrum and Kanban
Excellent facilitation, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Agile project management tools and software
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and influence stakeholders at all levels
Preferred
Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or similar Agile certifications highly desirable
Proven experience as a ScrumMaster or Agile Project Manager, preferably within an engineering or IT context is also highly desirable
