Responsibilities
Act as a key technical advisor and consultant to customers
Provide technical support for Avicena Tech’s products and solutions
Assist customers in the product evaluation process
Troubleshoot technical challenges
Design and recommend applications with a focus on analog and electronics
Collaborate with the sales and engineering teams to address customer needs
Deliver technical presentations
Participate in product training
Support sales strategies to drive business growth
Qualification
Required
Experience in Field Applications and providing Technical Support
Knowledge of Analog design and Electronics
Strong abilities in Technical Sales and customer interaction
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to manage tasks efficiently in a hybrid work environment
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related technical field
Preferred
Experience in optical interconnects or communication systems is a plus
