Responsibilities
Facilitate meetings, workshops, and working groups
Produce meeting minutes, action item logs, and follow up reporting
Conduct research, data analysis, and performance reporting
Support Microsoft Access databases, including SQL, VBA, and reporting updates
Maintain dashboards, trackers, and SharePoint repositories
Provide day to day analytical and administrative program support
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field
Minimum 6 years of relevant experience, or 5 years with a Master's degree
Experience supporting federal program management efforts
Working knowledge of Microsoft Access, SQL, VBA, Excel, and SharePoint
Strong written communication and documentation skills
Preferred
Ability to contribute to growth & business development activity as necessary
