Responsibilities
Shape Client Expectations: Effectively communicate and present to clients, set expectations and drive engagement actions to achieve desired outcomes. This requires strong presentation and communication skills
Deliver Executive-Level Briefings: Provide high-level briefings to executives, summarizing project findings and recommendations
Drive Engagement Actions: Collaborate with clients to drive engagement actions, ensuring that desired outcomes are achieved
Qualification
Required
7+ years of experience in Project Management, which consider:
Proven experience in managing projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring that scope, budget, and timeline requirements are met. This includes expertise in understanding client needs, managing project teams, and coordinating resources to achieve desired outcomes
Experience with Client Communication: A track record of effectively communicating and presenting to clients, setting expectations and driving engagement actions to achieve desired outcomes. This requires exceptional presentation and communication skills
Contract Lifecycle Management: Experience in managing the entire lifecycle of a contract, from understanding client needs to delivering executive-level briefings
High-Level Briefing Delivery: Proven experience providing high-level briefings to executives, summarizing project findings and recommendations
Multi-Project Management: Experience in prioritizing workloads and managing multiple projects simultaneously to meet tight deadlines
Cyber security market understanding
Preferred
Experience with specialized project management software and tools to streamline project planning, execution, and monitoring. This includes utilizing features such as Gantt charts, resource allocation, and project dashboards to enhance project delivery
Familiarity with industry-standard cybersecurity frameworks and methodologies, such as NIST or MITRE ATT&CK, to inform project planning and execution
Knowledge of effective strategies for communicating complex technical information to executive-level stakeholders, including presentation techniques and report writing best practices
