Responsibilities

Design, deploy, configure, and manage Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) and Zscaler Private Access (ZPA) solutions across the enterprise
Integrate Zscaler solutions with existing network and security infrastructure (e.g., firewalls, proxies, VPNs, SD-WAN)
Work with stakeholders to define secure access policies and implement zero trust network access (ZTNA) models
Monitor and optimize Zscaler platform performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues
Collaborate with IT, security, and compliance teams to ensure policy alignment and secure user access
Provide tier-3 support and guidance on Zscaler issues and incidents
Create and maintain documentation for Zscaler configurations, architecture, and operational procedures
Stay current with Zscaler product updates, security trends, and emerging technologies

Required

5+ years of experience working with Zscaler technologies (ZIA, ZPA)
Strong understanding of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, VPN, routing)
Hands-on experience with cloud-based security platforms and SASE architecture
Familiarity with identity providers (e.g., Azure AD, Okta) and integration with Zscaler
Solid experience in enterprise network security and troubleshooting
Strong documentation and communication skills
