Responsibilities
Identify business processes suitable for AI and automation
Lead end-to-end implementation of AI tools (e.g., workflow automation, analytics, document processing, internal copilots)
Partner with vendors and internal teams to deploy AI solutions securely and effectively
Ensure AI systems integrate with existing platforms (ERP, HRIS, CRM, ticketing systems)
Work closely with department leaders to understand operational pain points
Translate business requirements into technical and functional AI solutions
Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, IT, and external vendors
Establish guardrails for responsible AI use
Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and regulatory requirements
Partner with Legal, HR, and IT to mitigate risk and ensure ethical AI adoption
Document decision-making, system logic, and limitations for transparency
Stay current on emerging AI technologies relevant to manufacturing and enterprise operations
Recommend enhancements and new use cases as the organization evolves
Measure and report business impact of AI initiatives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
5+ years of experience in systems implementation, process improvement, or enterprise technology deployment
Experience implementing automation, AI, or advanced analytics tools in a business environment
Strong understanding of data governance, security, and system integrations
Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects from concept through deployment
Preferred
Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments
ERP/MES integration experience
Exposure to cloud platforms and enterprise AI tools
