Responsibilities
Creating technical documents for our products, managing data sheets, application notes, etc
Testing out configurations in our lab
Stress testing systems
Staying up to date on latest solar energy codes and trends
Working with our engineering team to test out new software or hardware features, suggest improvements, and proactively solve problems
Handle VIP customers and assist them with commissioning, troubleshooting, technical questions, and overall experience
Test monitoring portals and mobile apps from an end-user perspective, documenting issues, and usability feedback
Qualification
Required
Working with electricity in a controlled lab setting. Familiarity with electrical safety and tools
Knowledge of NEC 690, 710
Knowledge of Lithium-Ion Batteries, microinverters, and hybrid inverters
Knowledge of residential solar installation is best practice
Proficiency with test equipment (multimeters, oscilloscopes, power analyzers)
Ability to rack, wire, and configure battery and inverter systems
Strong technical writing and documentation skills
Clear communication skills for customer support and cross-team collaboration
