Responsibilities
Analyze school system data and translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations
Develop and maintain low-code platforms (Power Platform, Qualtrics, etc.) to display data and collect stakeholder inputs
Build dashboards and reporting tools (Power BI) that consolidate performance data into a centralized view
Design systems (forms, surveys, applications) that automate data collection and organization for easy interpretation
Analyze statutory data across multiple federal and state plans to identify redundancies and recommend streamlined approaches
Develop scorecards, trackers, and Excel-based tools to monitor progress and measure impact
Present insights to stakeholders in a way that supports strategic planning and decision-making
Qualification
Required
8+ years of experience in Data Analytics and Data Storytelling
8+ years of experience working with low-code platforms
5+ years of advanced Microsoft Excel experience
3+ years of experience building data visualizations in Power BI
Preferred
Experience with Qualtrics
Experience with Smartsheet
Experience working with state agencies, school systems, or in the education sector
