This role provides technical expertise to support regional sales efforts, ensuring effective application of materials and addressing customer concerns.

Responsibilities
Support sales teams with technical input related to concrete and cement performance
Engage directly with customers at plants and jobsites to assess production and placement conditions
Assist with mix adjustments, material selection, and performance evaluations
Provide on-site troubleshooting support for variability, workability, strength development, and durability concerns
Participate in trials, demonstrations, and pre-project planning activities
Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to customers and internal stakeholders
Coordinate with quality, operations, and logistics teams to align technical recommendations with operational realities
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in engineering, materials, construction, or similar discipline
Hands-on experience with cement & concrete performance (mix designs, durability, workability, ASTM/DOT specs)
ACI Concrete Field Testing Technician – Grade I Certified
Preferred
Spanish language capability is advantageous
