Office Service Staff

Responsibilities
Operate and maintain office equipment (copiers, scanners, fax machines)
Assist with printing, binding, and assembling legal documents and trial materials
Support file management systems (physical and digital)
Archive closed case files and ensure compliance with retention policies
Sort, distribute, and manage incoming/outgoing mail and packages
Coordinate courier services and interoffice deliveries
Monitor and restock office supplies
Provide desktop computer support and troubleshooting
Prepare CDs and converts medical records to other media as needed
Create links to files and download files
Maintain cleanliness and organization of common areas, conference rooms, and supply closets
Set up meeting rooms and assist with hospitality for client meetings
Provide general administrative support to attorneys and staff
Assist with building access, visitor logs, and emergency procedures
Report maintenance issues or safety concerns promptly
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in office services or facilities support, ideally in a legal or professional services environment
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to lift and move packages or office supplies (up to 30 lbs)
Familiarity with office equipment, desktop computer support, and troubleshooting
Professional demeanor and excellent communication skills
